Problems installing/upgrading RH9

I'm running into problems upgrading/installing on a RH9 machine (perl 5.8):

We are running 3 servers with practically indentical hardware, OS and
software but only one of them is giving problems.
After starting the install via install.sh
I get stuck with that:

./install.sh

As you can see over 12 minutes later it is still running with no progress

Any ideas?
