Spam striphtml not working

Still unable to get this working
Any Ideas ?

Using build 4.24-5
setting Spam Actions = attachment deliver
or Spam Actions = striphtml deliver

The message arrives tagged but not modified
In the log it shows the appropriate actions being taken.

Is there some other setting that is causing this not
to work ?
