mail scanner not signing e-mails

Hi

i have just got mail scanner installed on my system with spamassassin and
clamav and f-prot

mail scanner does not seems to be picking the mail up and scanning it as
seen in my system mail  log from this

the e-mail is not being signed by mail scanner in anway,

should i see some mail scanner output from the mail log?

mail scanner is running as if i do a check_mailscanner i get a pid number
