Carl,
Its a feature that Id guess will be fixed in a future release. It causes
no problems with MailScanner operation. I quote Julians earlier response:

No. You aren't using syslog-ng are you?
If all else fails, find the logging statement in Log.pm and comment it out
if it's a pain.
