upgraded to 4.24-5, clam isn't catching anything

And there it was: a file named "clamav-wrapper.rpmnew" sitting there. I
renamed the old file to clamav-wrapper.old, dropped the ".rpmnew" from the
new one, reloaded MailScanner and...whoohoo. It's all working great again.
