message tagged as spam, but no headers indicating reason

A user on my system just complained to me that he had a false-positive where
an inbound email was incorrectly tagged as spam. I asked him to forward the
message as an attachment, and I can't see anything in the headers indicating
why it was tagged.

The strange thing is, the headers in the attachment seem stripped. The mailer
shows as "Microsoft Outlook IMO, Build 9.0.2416 (9.0.2910.0)". Not sure...is
that the Outlook that comes in Office 2003? Anyone know if it strips out
information from the headers when forwarding attachments?

Thanks,
Chris
