WhiteList/BlackList for each user (instead of for each domain) ?

Hello Mailscanner users,

In CustomConfig.pm I read that I can create white/black list for earch
domain.
but what if one user want to receive a newsletter and not another user
form the same domain fo example ?

Is there a way to have to do that is Mailscanner ?

This is my last feature that I need to replace my other spam solution.
