sendmail -t < messagefile
if it's a complete message in 1 file.

If in "raw queue files", then mv both the df and the qf files into
/var/spool/mqueue.in and
sendmail -qIxxxxxxx
where xxxxxxx is some part of the rest of the filename of the qf/df files
you just moved.
