Filename syntax for spam score rule file

Is this the correct layout for a filname rule that specifies the spam score:
/etc/MailScanner/rules/spam.score.rules.

To:    default    5
To:    somedomain.com    10
To:    anotherdomain.org    7

In the MailScanner.conf I have:

Required SpamAssassin Score = /etc/MailScanner/rules/spam.score.rules
