A proposal for the "attachment" report..

Hello.

When you receive a failure Notice from sendmail you see something like 
this for the content type:

Content-Type: multipart/report; report-type=delivery-status;

I thought that it might be handy to have something like this for the 
MailScanner report:

Content-Type: multipart/report; report-type=Spam-status;

Does this sound feasable?
