Parse Errors Continue

Likewise, I thought perhaps it was an issue with 4.21 and went back but
the problems continue. It does seem, in my case, to be loading up a lot of
copies all at the same time putting a <defunct> lable. Everything appears
to be setup right in the cron jobs.
