MailScanner 4.21-6 Repeated Start

No. For some reason it is refusing to start. Does your maillog show
anything else useful?

If you stop all the MailScanner processes, set "Debug = yes" in
MailScanner.conf, and then run the
         check_MailScanner
command what does it say?
