Need Mailscanner startup script

I know you've already installed it, but the rpm does actually install
okay on Mandrake 9.0.  You need to use the nodeps option to the
install.sh script, but otherwise a default Mandrake install (with
development packages) should install okay.  I've also installed on a
stripped down Mandrake box - but I had to install a few development
packages to get it to build)
