RBL's in SA

Not sure these are SA rules. Are they? Can't find them in my SA2.53
If the are then Yes, if you wish to have those specifc RBL's to have
that score.
SA does a whole load more as well by default.

You may also wish to make sure you have
skip_rbl_check = 0
just for tidyness.
