encrypted mails handling

I now that there is an option to block encrypted mail in Mailscanner.conf. However, in a real environment as a service provider or as a corporate mailing system, this cannot be enforced. We will need to skip scanning and skip addition of any text by MailScanner to the body so that the message does not show up as tampered enroute.

How does one achieve this? I've a mail signature rule domain-wise.

Another thought: This kind of generic handling can be done if we can use any mail header in the rules file instead of just From and To.
