SpamAssassin Timeout

Try increasing the SA timeout from 30 seconds to 40 seconds (quite
seriously). There are some 30 second timeouts internal to the SpamAssassin
code.
It is quite possible that one of the RBL's used by SpamAssassin appears to
be dead for you.
