Use of DCC Clarification

I'm still trying to see if DCC is working when I use MailScanner (it works
if I call spamassassin outside of MailScanner).

If I understand correctly the only change I need to make to activate DCC
is in the spam.assassin.prefs.conf file.  I need to make sure the line
referencing DCC is uncommented.  Is this correct?

Is there any way to turn on the DCC X-Header line?  I couldn't find a way
to display it.
