[old version] spam not deleted properly

This has happened a couple of time recently, a mail is supposedly removed
from the queue, but mailscanner keeps trying to get it until I manually
remove it from /var/spool/exim_incoming/input & msglog

Yup, I know its an old version, just haven't had time to upgrade yet.
