If you mean you want it to check the DNS blacklists, then this is set in
the "Spam Lists" configuration option in MailScanner.conf.
If you mean you actually want SpamAssassin to do dns tests for you, you
must install the "Net::DNS" Perl module and then SpamAssassin will start
using it.
