List resends

Julian,

This happened to this guy/mail server on several occasions now, isn't it
time we pursued him / nottinghamcity.gov.uk to finally ditch their email
system with mimesweeper with a nice unix based solution with mailscanner?

Until that time they are denied access ;-)?
