Can't locate loadable object for module HTML::Parser

Greetings:

I receive the error stated in the subject and below when I start
MailScanner on a RH 7.2 machine.  Here is the complete error I get.
I've tried putting in the correct CPAN files but still get this error.
The version I am running is 4.13.  I assume this is a simple perl fix
but I have exceeded my perl knowledge.
