The headers "X-MailScanner" and "X-MailScanner-SpamCheck" are listed in
SpamAssassin already as headers to be ignored. If you have changed these at
all, you need to add

# For spam and notspam bins
bayes_ignore_header X-MailScanner
bayes_ignore_header X-MailScanner-SpamCheck
bayes_ignore_header X-MailScanner-SpamScore

to your spam.assassin.prefs.conf.
