Mailscanner+CommuniGate Pro update

[the first time I sent this, it got rejected by the mailscanner list
because I sent it from the wrong address (my home email addr); so I'm
re-sending it ... sorry if it shows up twice anywhere]


I noticed earlier today that there was in important step missing from
the directions for setting up MailScanner with CommuniGate Pro.
Specifically, if you're using the MailScanner start up script,
rc.MailScanner, instead of just invoking check_mailscanner, then you
need to disable the sendmail parts of rc.MailScanner.

I suggest a couple ways to do that in my directions, in the step before
saying to start MailScanner.



I have also added an introductory section which attempts to answer the
questions "what is mailscanner?", "what is communigate pro?", and "what
is this page for?"
