Whitelist problem

I would be grateful for any assistance with this problem.

We scan email for an Estate Agent. They have forms on numerous 3rd party web
sites for enquirers to send requests for information.The from address will
be different each time.

Is there a simple way I can whitelist the emails? Perhaps there is a way I
can whitelist the server? (asserta.net)
