MailScanner/ f-prot not catching all viruses

I had some Yaha viruses get through recently, but it turned out that
they actually bypassed our mx records and went direct to the server
which handles the mail after being scanned, my assumption is that that
was our old mx record before using mailscanner so it may have a very old
cached copy somehow.
