ANNOUNCE: Version 4.13-1 released

I ran into the same thing. I think it is an error in check_mailscanner.
I edited /usr/sbin/check_mailscanner to this:

process=Mailscanner
msbindir=/usr/sbin
config=/etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf

Now things are working for me with 4.13-2
