I do something like this in the spam.whitelist.rules...
FromandTo: /(myemail at myemailserver\.com|youremail at yourmailserver\.com)/
yes
I know it could match mail going either way but works for me.

Subject: compound rules.
I am not sure if this is possible but I need to whitelist mail from a
specific address to a specific address. Ie:
From: myemail at myemailserver.com <mailto:myemail at myemailserver.com> To:
youremail at yourmailserver.com <mailto:youremail at yourmailserver.com> yes
Thanks
Joe
