Whitelist and X-MailScanner-Spamscore

OK I read the changelogs and realized that the header is no longer shown for
whitelisted emails.

Some of my users actually noticed this change in behaviour when I upgraded.

Would it be possible to include the SpamScore header but use a different
character, 'w' perhaps?

Previously when I was runnin 4.05-3, the X-MailScanner-Spamscore header was
included whether the email was whitelisted or not.

After upgrading to 4.20-3, the X-MailScanner-SpamScore header is not
included when the email was whitelisted.

Is this configurable behaviour?
