Emails with Rubbish

One of my customers is being bombarded with emails with
â½Ìµ½Äú¼Ò£¬Ëæʱ°ïÄúѧӢ this sort of rubbish as the subject and text.
They seem to be coming from all sorts of addresses so I can't really
block them in my access file.
 
Is there anything MailScanner can do here?
