Mail processing from CustomConfig

Julian,

Quite frankly I agree with you that challenge/response systems are a pain in
the patoot.  I'm
simply repsonding to user requests and it behooves me to at least provide
them with
something they think they want and make sure they are aware of the negative
side of such
a system.  And it will be easy enough to disable by simply making Non Spam
Actions be 'deliver'.
