Hi Raymond,

Sorry I didn't manage to get this done sooner (I can't seem to be able to
write stuff anywhere near as fast as Julian!) - See the new version (0.2)
which contains the instructions on how to do this.

I've added a new 'hostname' column to the database which will hold the
hostname of the MailScanner gateway that inserted the entry to the log, I'll
add some new reports to show mail volume per gateway in a future release.

Let me know how you get on.
