Whitelisting your domains?

Hello,

About a month ago I activated DCC, Razor2 and Pyzor in SA (just after
the thread on this list).  I was already using Bayes.

In the last 2 weeks Razor began to flag internal innocent messages as
spam and now Pyzor has joined it!

Yesterday I deactivated them all!

I do not whitelist my domains in SA.  Should I be doing it to resolve
those problems?  If so, how should I do it: by source address or by
domain name?  Which one is the more robust?
