Exim spools followup

Thanks for clearing that up, I greatly appreciate it. When I first fired up
Mailscanner, it appeared to be accepting and delivering mail from the
outside world okay, but it would not allow us to send mail. This at least
rules out one culprit. I'll have to dig a bit more, perhaps into my startup
scripts. Or perhaps I'll just wait until I get Exim ver 4.20 installed
rather than still working with 3.36. Thanks!
