How to setup a tmpfs on a RH system

Hi,

I would like to experiment with a tmpfs and MS but am at a loss as to
how to create one on a RH 7.3 system.

I searched my man pages and this list's archives to no avail.

Also which directories should I put on it for best performance and
reliability?
