SA rules?

All,

probably answered in the past...but am unable to find search paramters that
return anything of value...probably just me...here goes.

I was wondering if the spam.assassin.prefs.conf can be a rules file that
points to seperate spamassassin configurations based on FromOrTo
directives....the reason I'm asking is that this would allow completely
seperate SA rules per domain if I wanted to host several domains...
