Stop/Reload MailScanner

I am trying to figure out the process to stop MailScanner and to also reload the
configuration. Looking back through list archives I see references to an init.d
script, I do not see that in the MailScanner-4.22-5.tar.gz package. I have also
looked over the website and have not seen this. Is this available elsewhere or
have to steps to restart MailScanner since changed? Thanks
