CustomConfig.pm questions

Hello,

I am working with CustomConfig.pm, setting up per-user configs, and have
a couple questions.

When I reload MailScanner, I don't see an indication in the log that the
rulesets were reloaded, so I'm assuming they are not?

If not, I'll need to 'restart' rather than 'reload' MailScanner. :-(

Is there a way modify MailScanner to call InitBy.... functions in
CustomConfig.pm upon reload?
