Differing locations for virus and spam

I'm looking into how to change where in the
file system mail gets dropped depending on
why it was snagged in the first place.

EG: I want spam to go to
~/Spam/20030127/

and I want viruses to go to
~/quarantine/20030127/

and disallowed attachment files to go to
~/attachments/20030127/

Using MS 4.01-8 (And yes, I am planning an upgrade soon).
Where should I be looking?
