Yes, the dccproc deal is an issue with some versions of razor and perl.
What winds up happening is that certain versions of razor (2.20 and up?)
wind up munging (or, well, completely deleting) the executable path, but
the cause of the path getting whacked seems to be a bug in perl itself.
