Which Virus Scanner - Clamav?

Yeah, I just noticed that.  I just did a clamscan -R . --remove in my
/var/spool/MailScanner/quarantine to remove all the infected files - thats
adequate for my needs for the moment.

Do any of the other *free* packages have disinfection routines ?
