Blank Subject in Notices to System Administrators (Exim)

I am running MailScanner 4.11 + Exim patch from Nick, and I notice (pun
intended) that all of my Notices to System Administrators have a blank
Subject field.  I have Notices Include Full Headers = yes, and I can see the
real subject in the full headers below, but the summary before the Full
headers just has a blank subject.

Here's an example:

Is anyone else having this problem?  Obviously this is not a big deal since
email is still getting scanned, and I do have the subject in the full
headers.  My guess is that this is Exim specific.
