Outgoing sendmail [FAILED]

Hello,

I've recently installed MailScanner...
The instalation went very well. And everything seems to be
running well except one thing.

When I start sendmail, it starts all ok... After a while, when I
make:

service MailScanner status

    MailScanner:                                [  OK  ]
    incoming sendmail:                          [  OK  ]
    outgoing sendmail:                          [FAILED]

I am using RH7.2
I've already searched the list but I haven't find anything
usefull.

Any tip can be usefull
