syslog below, nowt interesting
Just though yesterday I ran these home-made command to wipe out frozen and
bounces stuck in outgoing queue
exim -C/etc/exim/exim_outgoing.conf -Mrm $(mailq
-C/etc/exim/exim_outgoing.conf | grep '<>' | cut -c11-27)
exim -C/etc/exim/exim_outgoing.conf -Mrm $(mailq
-C/etc/exim/exim_outgoing.conf | grep '*** frozen' | cut -c11-27)
perhaps this may have had an effect?

Anything in the logs?
If not, we'll have to do a bit of off-list debugging.
