Header not being written too

Sendmail
Standard .conf file
When I send an email to someone on that machine, when I look at the email in
/var/spool/mail there not extra header that the mail scanner should be
adding.

Any help where to check what not happening would be great..
# service MailScanner status
Checking MailScanner daemons:
         MailScanner:                                      [  OK  ]
         incoming sendmail:                                [  OK  ]
         outgoing sendmail:                                [  OK  ]
