ANNOUNCE: Version 3.27 and 4.11

I'm using Redhat 7.2. I tried to upgrade to 3.27 from 3.26 but the following
error message appeared :

error: unpacking of archive failed on file /var/spool/mqueue.in: cpio:
rename failed - Is a directory
