MailScanner support

Something like PostNuke could do the trick... you can set up a nice site
with it in an evening, including a FAQ module.

(Jules, you know you have a commercial server to hand, but I guess you may
 have "some" bandwidth load for it - no reason not to separate support
 and downloads to commercial and academic lines though :)
