Handling HTML

When receiving HTML mail, is it  possible to attach the unaltered HTML
message as an HTML file attachment and deliver it? The body of the original
message could be blank or text stripped of HTML commands. I am looking for
a good way to handle the porn messages while still allowing newsletters and
(requested) ads which are in HTML.

My server setup is MailScanner 4.11, Spam Assassin 2.43, and Razor 2.22.
Redhat 7.3. Clients are all running Outlook on Windows.
