Spam lists how to turn off

In your MS.conf, just set the list of RBL's = None  Don't comment out the
line...just make the value None

Is there a way to turn off the infinite monkey lookups?? By marking it out
MailScanner won't start, I was wondering if there is a way to turn it off
completely.
