HTML msg quarantined is warning mail instead of content

Can't say - one of our customers just notified me as he was trying to
download a quarantined HTML contents ...

As mentioned in the original posting, some HTML contents is quarantined
correctly, for other, MailScanner stores the message the user receives
as the quarantine file ... have not had the time to do some tests ...
