I'm not going to add this as a feature unless loads of people want it, it's
a rather specialised request. However all you need to do is apply the
attached patch to
/usr/lib/MailScanner/MailScanner/Message.pm
and then restart MailScanner.
A command like
cd /usr/lib/MailScanner/MailScanner
patch < Message.pm.leadingzero.patch
service MailScanner restart
should do the trick for you.
Don't lose the patch as you will need it for future upgrades.
